Designed in collaboration with Tange Associates, the Tokyo-based architectural firm founded by Pritzker Laureate Kenzo Tange, The Grand Midori Ortigas embodies the Japanese ideals of wabi-sabi and miyabi. These concepts emphasize finding beauty in simplicity and elegance in restraint. The distinctive façade blends Filipino and Japanese influences, with patterns inspired by tatami and banig.
